If your site was fetched by us, a customer asked for that page, once, like a browser visit. We do not crawl. We do not read robots.txt. If you do not want to be fetched, tell us and we will block your domain.

How to recognise us

Our requests send a normal Chromium user agent that ends with:

StarholdRender/1.0 (+https://render.starhold.app/bot)

Each fetch is one customer's single render of one page and the files it needs. We never follow links to other pages.

Why we do not read robots.txt

robots.txt is for crawlers that visit many pages on their own. A render is one page view that a person asked for, which is the same as opening the page in a browser. So we do not read robots.txt, and we say so here plainly.

Opt out

Email hello@starhold.dev with your domain. We block the whole registered domain (naming shop.example.com blocks example.com), so renders of it and all its subdomains are refused from then on.

What we do not do

• We do not send cookies or credentials to your site.
• We never reach private or internal addresses.
• We do not keep the page after the render, other than a cache of at most 24 hours for the customer who asked.
